1027

I wanted to share a first of its kind event that I am involved in, an up close and personal Coaches Retreat in Phoneix, AZ at Charles Staley’s Performance Institute at the AMAZING Arizona Grand Resort.

Come hang out with us as we talk about program design, coaching and teaching fundamentals, learn from my experiences, have some butt-kicking training sessions, and throw back a few cold ones as talk shop get to know each other in this amazing environment!

I have a full line-up of events for 2011 but this is one that I am SUPER STOKED about….the format is incredible with lectures, hands-on, socials, and even Resort-led hikes, yoga, golf, and waterpark activities!

Please visit The Staley Performance Institute here for more detailed information.

Here’s a look at how the the entire weekend will flow from our Host Charles Staley himself!

Personal-development guru Tony Robbins loves to remind people that “success leaves clues.”

Don’t Reinvent The Wheel!

What Robbins means by this is simple: if you want to be great at a specific profession, instead of trying to figure it our from scratch by yourself, you’re better off studying others who’ve succeeded at your chosen craft, and then identify the traits, skills, and habits that these successful people have in common.

In this series of unique educational retreats, Staley Performance Institute brings you the most successful personalities in the fitness industry today. These are people who started off small, and became big— and in some cases, VERY big. These experts started off where you did, and therefore can relate to the challenges you’re currently experiencing. Our featured experts conquered these challenges, and are ready to share what they’ve learned with you.

Here’s What Your Weekend Getaway Looks Like:

You’ll arrive on Thursday and check into your beautiful suite at Arizona Grand Resort— just minutes away from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor airport. At 6:30 you’ll join your featured presenter and your classmates for a meet & greet at Aunt Chiladas Mexican eatery it’s within walking distance from your suite). This is a great opportunity to rub elbows and talk shop with other like-minded professionals from across the country.

On both Friday and Saturday, you’ll attend (2) three-hour sessions each day. In each session your presenter will share his or her philosophies, methods, past mistakes, and best practices for a successful fitness business. The atmosphere will be intimate and informal enough to allow for individualized problem-solving and roundtable discussions, in addition to your speakers prepared topics.

Between sessions, there’s plenty to do, including golf at Arizona Grand’s beautiful 18-hole course, massages at the Spa, local shopping, catch some rays at the heated pool, or enjoy our amazing 7-acre Oasis water park! If you’ve been looking for a professional outing that you can bring your family to, look no further— there are plenty of things to do for you, your spouse, and/or your kids.
