These are my slides from the very, very popular CHAOS Sport-Speed I gave around the globe a couple of years ago. The concept of training deceleration from both an injury prevention and a sports performance standpoint has truly taken off in the past few years…..as included in the slides, it’s always nice for so much research to validate the techniques we have used for many years!
