I am SO excited about my upcoming event that I am doing with Joe Dowdell at his world class facility in beautiful New York City!

Joe and I will be hosting a 1-day event on Sunday August 7, 2011 that will blend both lecture and hands-on education in an amazing setting at Peak Performance NYC. The mix of a collegiate strength & conditioning coach (me) and one of the most sought after trainers running one of the best gyms in the world (Joe) is just too much to miss folks!

 9-10:15 AM:  Robert dos Remedios Lecture – Program Design from the Ground Up

10:30-11:45AM: Robert dos Remedios Hands-On – Choosing the right training tools from your toolbox

11:45-Noon: Post Workout Shake

12-1:00 PM: Lunch

1-2:00 PM – Joe Dowdell Lecture –Modified Strongman Training for Fat Loss and Performance

2-3:00 PM: Joe Hands-On – Strongman Implements and Protocols

3-3:15 PM: Post Workout Shake

3:15-3:45: Wrap-up and Q&A
