12th Annual Cougar Strength and Conditioning Clinic June 4th, 2011

It’s that time again folks! Time for our annual Cougar Strength & Conditioning Fundraising Clinic. Over the years we have managed to create one of the most successful strength and conditioning programs in the country, this clinic serves as a huge part of this success. 100% of the money that comes in for this clinic goes directly to the strength program. We replace, repair, and purchase new equipment each year with all the money that comes in from this event. Since our first clinic we have grown in attendance from 20 to over 120 attendees per year, many coming almost every single year!

The support has been overwhelming not only from our attendees but from my speakers…. ALL my speakers DONATE their valuable time and expertise to this fundraiser. We could not run this event without their great kindness.

This year’s event features Craig Rasumussen, Michael Yu Seril, Dr. Josh Mitchell, Greg Vandermade, Chad Skredestu, and myself.

In addition, TRX is donating t-shirts to all attendees and as always Perform Better has sponsored our Breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. Thanks again to all who help with this event and hope to see MANY of you there!

*This event holds 7 hours of CEU’s for both NSCA and NATA certifed trainers
