A very special WOW today on my 48th birthday! This was a workout I did earlier this week (only demo’ed in this vid as I ha NO intention to repeat it today haha!) . Using the Ultimate Sandbag, I do four x 5 min. rounds : Clean and Press, Clean, Press, and Squat. This is all geared toward the USB Clean and Press test so it’s very technical and imperative that you clean to the FIST, press from the FIST, and squat holding in front hold position ON FISTS. This is going to make things much more difficult.
Try to set a # of reps as a goal at the top of each minute – I set my goal at 10 for clean and press and 12 for all the others. At the end of each round, rest 2-3 minutes before starting the next round.
