Had an Awesome time hanging with my good friend Wil Fleming (most of you folks know that Wil and I hosted the “Performance Podcast” together for a long time!) – Wil is a Masters World Champion Weightlifter and former owner of Force Fitness in Bloomington, IN

Today Wil and I talk about Weightlifting, Velocity Based Training (VBT), and all-things regarding SIP (Stay in Place) Fitness during these interesting times.
