Mike Boyle dropping knowledge BOMBS …..again.

You folks already know what I think of Mike Boyle….we don’t lovingly call him the “Godfather” in this field for nothing =o) Seriously though, it’s the SIMPLE THINGS that often have the greatest effect on our training programs. In this clip Mike talks about some VERY basic plyometric training….but don’t sleep on BASIC as it can be extremely effective. Here Mike talks about non-countermovement jumps (something we use A LOT with our athletes) and the importance of sticking those landings (remember my obsession with BRAKES???).
P.S. Mike’s Functional Strength Coach 4 is probably his best to date and it gets released on Tuesday April 24……click HERE to get on the wait list and to make sure to get all the updates as this anticipated product gets closer to it’s release date!

WOW – Sport KB Circuit
Created a KB circuit that was influenced by one I had performed that was created by Anthony Diluglio. This is more of a strength circuit (even though it is timed) but we want to be in the 5-6-7 rep range if possible for the alotted time. Give it a go, total completion time is a tad under 20 min. but it is a butt-kicker!
This is not a real-time circuit (obviously) just a quick demo of each move in each individual “workout pod”
