20:40 Power Circuit (Emphasis on little to no Counter-Movement!)

Today’s WOW is pretty unique…..I focus on lots of power but I take away our power’s biggest ally…..the COUNTER-MOVEMENT (or stretch shortening cycle). We have done some of these before but never an entire circuit. Emphasis is on generating as much power as possible but slowing down the eccentric almost to a stand still at times to take away that counter-move! Yeah I know, always looking for ways to make things tougher in the House of Pain! :oP
