A Classic KB Complex from the House of Pain – this was a LONG time ago and some of my form is a little embarrassing ;oP My Figure 8’s are far too low to the ground – should be high and tight into the groin. Also , my cleans are a tad sloppy as i am not keeping the movement tight and close to my body so it doesn’t catch clean on the shoulder and tends to land a bit wide. It’s always good to re-visit some older vids and be reminded of how we all get better with experience!
