This goes way back to the first comprehensive complex I created as part of our athlete’s warm-ups
- Jump Shrug
- Hang Clean
- Hang Snatch
- Overhead Squat
- Bentover Row
- RDL
- Front Squat
- Push-up
As you can see there are a LOT of movements so you DO NOT need much load. I am demo’ing 5 reps of each with the bar and still took about a minute to complete! A “KRAZY” metabolic sequence for myself would be 10 reps of each at 40kg but believe me 10’lbs. on each side would do just FINE! Do them all or so some of the movements…..either way it’s sure to get the juices flowing! DO WORK!
