One of the things we often find ourselves doing is coming up with cool uses for some of the equipment in our toolbox….uses that are often ‘outside the box’ if you know what I mean. Check out this WOW (workout of the week) that we had posted this past summer with Rachel Cosgrove using a TRX and a Kettlebell to create an awesome sled system. This is a combination “Pull-Push” exercise that will crank up the power and shoot the heart rate through the roof! DO WORK!
