From Strongest Teen in the world to Strongest ever??

1931

Pat Mendes earned the title of ‘strongest teenager in the world’ last year as he posted some ridiculous lift performances such as 3 x 551 lb. squat in under 5 sec; 706 squat x 5 reps; 507 bench;  507 clean; 440 Snatch all at a bodyweight of around 280lbs. I believe Pat is now 20 so the future looks unbelievable for this kid. His latest YouTube vid is one of my faves….listen to his comments after each of the following clips…this kid is no doubt the next great hope for USA Weightlifting and pretty darn funny!

This is a CRAZY snatch….the heaviest snatch, with or without straps, in training or competition by any American Weightlifter ever.

This is another fave of mine, a “No-No-No” (no wraps, no belt, no spotters) @ss to grass high bar back squat listen closely HAHA! Sick stuff….

I recommend subscribing to the Brozknow’s YouTube channel to see all of Pat’s unbelievable lifts!
